At Smoke & Spurs Co., we stand behind the quality of our gear. If there’s an issue with your order, we’ll make it right.

Returns

Because our products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size ordered

  • Change of mind

  • Color preference changes

Please double-check sizing charts before placing your order.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Misprinted

  • Incorrect from what you ordered

Contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

  • A brief description

If approved, we will:

  • Send a replacement at no cost
    OR

  • Issue a full refund


Exchanges

We do not offer size exchanges due to our made-to-order process. If you ordered the wrong size, you will need to place a new order.


Refunds

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was our error.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Smoke & Spurs Co. is not responsible for:

  • Lost packages marked as delivered

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout

If a package is marked delivered but not received, please contact the carrier first.


Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After production begins, cancellations are not possible.
