Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
During high-volume periods (product drops, holidays, promotions), processing times may be slightly longer.

After processing, estimated shipping times are:

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive your package:

We are not liable for carrier-related delivery issues once the item has been marked delivered.
Damaged Packages
